You can manage your health through the food you eat. You must however know that not all the food you eat are good for your health(i.e. junk food). Only 4% of the food you eat is useful for your body.

You can sustain your health simply by the foods and diets you eat. Eating natural foods such as fruits and vegetable and avoiding processed food to the minimum will make you to live long and live a healthy life. Most processed food is junks.
